scopebook

Keep a record of work beyond the brief.

Keep the original scope, extra requests and pricing decisions together. See what you’re absorbing before the work starts.

01 / Set a baseline

Start with what was agreed.

Keep the fee, planned hours and scope together. One project, one currency, one clear starting point.

02 / Make the call

Quote it, absorb it or decline it.

Capture the extra hours and fee before committing. A decision note keeps the context with the request.

03 / Keep a record

Take the conversation with you.

Export a change log, draft a response and keep a private saved workspace. You decide what to send.

Help test Scopebook

This is a free early beta. Try a small, safe workflow and tell us what needs work. No purchase or feedback account is required.

  1. Try the example project, then create a private workspace and save its recovery key. Use made-up client details.
  2. Set a $2,000 fee, 10 planned hours and a $50 hourly cost. Add an approved two-hour request with a $300 fee. The estimated margin should be $1,700.
  3. Change a decision, export the log, close and reopen the workspace. Tell us where the result or wording did not match what you expected.

Use invented or redacted data. Do not send workspace keys, passwords, client records, private campaign URLs or files.

Delete feedback you already sent

Use the delete key from your downloaded feedback receipt. Deletion removes the live message and reply email; provider backups may retain copies for their retention period.

Send feedback privately

Only the text and optional email you submit are sent to Scopebook’s private inbox. Nothing from your workspace is attached.

Feedback is available for 30 days, then removed during daily cleanup. Server storage is not end-to-end encrypted; provider backups may retain copies. There is no automatic email notification or promised response time.
